Subscribe to the Mail List

Please make sure that you've read and understood the various Lists described on our Programs Page and our Policies described on our Policies & Messaging page. If you agree then just fill in the blanks below and submit the request to subscribe to our list.

Within 24 hours you will get a confirmation of your subscription and messages will appear in your mailbox. Once you receive a written confirmation of your subscription we suggest that you post an introductory mail message to the group - so all the subscribers of the List know you've joined and how best to help you.
We require that you, and all subscribers, adhere to the Policies and Netiquette guidelines. Before you post your first message, be sure to check the instructions on Messaging.

If you have any problems subscribing, send a message to List management.

If you are (or were) a member of the medical profession, the List management team would appreciate your telling us. Whether you reveal this information to the rest of the list is entirely up to you. However, this knowledge is sometimes helpful to us in the many duties that we have in administering the List.
