 MEDITATION  using  
Pursed Lip Breathing

• 
  HOW TO USE:
• First, relax your neck and shoulder muscles, then INHALE slowly through your nose with your mouth closed; take in your normal amount of air. Think of the air you are inhaling as a light, clean color and filling you with the positive quality.
• 
  EXHALE slowly through your mouth with pursed lips, as if you were blowing on a spoonful of hot soup. Breathe out for twice as long as you breathe in. As you breathe out, imagine that you are expelling stale, dark-colored air along with the negative quality.
  
  
• * Do NOT take in a large deep breath.
    Do NOT try to empty your lungs of air.
